Long Isabelle in Coral Rose Bouquet
The vintage piece that served as my inspiration for this dress was one of my ultimate finds. The finest indigo-dyed vintage cotton was the ideal warm-weather weight and felt like butter on my skin. The perfect silhouette for everyday wear, it was the dress I reached for over and over again.
I wanted to recreate this dress for my clients, one that is comfortable enough for everyday while still being effortlessly chic. With romantic balloon sleeves, convenient side pockets, and a slightly relaxed elastic waist with removable sash; the Isabelle is just that.
I sourced fabrics for this piece that reminded me of summer mornings spent wandering the flea market in Portofino and stopping at a cafe for a late-afternoon espresso. I’d love to think she’ll be the inspiration for some real-life Italian escapades (or at least an indulgent pasta lunch)!
